Before you begin a renovation/buildout for your commercial space, you'll want to have some design options. We help you conceptualize your space. 

*We begin with a consultation to get an idea of

what you're looking to create.

*If it is an existing space, we measure, take photos, enter dimensions into our software.

*You provide information on what you will need in the space (i.e. for medical offices the number of exam rooms, equipment used in location, etc.). We will request any specifics, style, colors, type of furniture or displays for the space that you may want.

*Design begins. Throughout the process, you receive several 3D Renderings and alternative floor plans via email which allow you to determine if the layout is what you're looking for, or if the style needs to be changed. Once completed, you own all the renderings, floor plans and notes.

*Depending upon your responsiveness to our queries via email and phone conversations, the whole process usually takes between 20 - 26 billable hours to complete. If you have high number of changes, the timeline/cost will reflect accordingly.

Typical design project is between 20-26 billable hours. Consultation fee paid in advance. If we design your project, you will receive an estimate based on the fees below. A retainer of $500 will be required. Once retainer is depleted, you will receive an invoice payable for the remainder of the estimate. Additional hours beyond estimate are billed accordingly.  

FEES:

Consultation Fee        $150 - 3 hours (via in-person, phone, text, zoom) 

Measuring/Photos    $50 per hour

Design in software    $75 per hour         

Mileage/Fuel                $0.67 per mile (Starting 10 miles out from zip 92028)

Phone/email/text/zoom   $19 per 15-min increments
